Just wondering if anything is progressing with Marketers' Central.
I went ahead and paid my $25 quite some time ago but still can't get
into the site to place the ad. Seems it has been down for a long while.
What options do new members like me have at this point?

Hi Sage,

I know it is frustrating having to wait on something. I feel your anguish.

The MarketersCentral site was hacked and they had to take it down and
rework it along with some other programming that needed to be done.
I'm sure the programmers are working to get everything back up.

I'm sorry, but I cannot say when it will be available again. I was wanting
to place another ad, but I cannot get in either.

I guess the old adage... "Patience is a virtue." must apply here for now.

Don't worry about the money you paid. It is safe and you will be able to
place your ad as soon as the site comes back to us. Of course, that is
easy for me to say because it is not my money, right? So, if you feel the
need to get that money back, I'm sure you can arrange it by contacting
Debra at DebraFox@plan4power.com . She is a pretty busy lady, so
please be patient on getting a reply from her. She should reply within
24-48 hours, but don't hold me to that.

I just did some testing and found a way to get you in at MarketersCentral.

Just click the link below and you will see a page that has a blue or green
band just below the header graphic. In that band is the following...

Welcome! Guest Sign In | Sign Up

Just click the Sign Up and you should be able to go from there. I do
not know if the software is in place because they took the site down some
time ago because of the hackers. It may be worth a try...

Hi Leon and Sierra,

This will work for now. A mirror site will be up soon
with updated data which we will work from while more
programming is done. For now, you can set your ad up
in this manner if you like.

They are certainly the plague of the Internet world.
I think they like being the plague.
That talent could be used to do so many wonderful things
if they would just take it in a positive direction.
