Welcome, Corky!

Your questions, although brief,
could be quite lengthy in answering.

Others will add to this post a bit later,
but, the first thing that I'd do, is study
your back office in the: plan4power.org/login.php
link.
Clicking on the individual links, one-by-one, will enlighten you
quite a bit.
Annnd, I'm assuming that you've already done most of that.

As for this forum... there is scads of info here!
Once again, what I did when I first arrived, I simply
scanned the forum titles and that at least narrowed
my search.
Once you've located your general topic of interest,
you shouldn't have much of a problem finding a
thread that you're searching for.
I think that you'll find that this forum is very well organized!
Much better than some.
Even if you're a total beginner to forums, it shouldn't
take very long to find your way around.

As for the best area of the forum to ask questions...
You're in exactly the right spot to begin with!
But... for further questions... it's much more efficient
to ask the question in the thread and topic that you're
interested in.
As I've explained in the paragraph above.
If there isn't a thread that covers your question in
the topic of your interest... then start a new thread...
Just as you've done here!
You're off to a great start!!!

Ask away... and someone will help you as best they can.

Again... Welcome Aboard!
