I think this is the place to do this:
I know how some places hate auto-surfs, but I don't.
I'll tell you. I got a laundry system, that turns this "no good", random traffic into targeted specific.
It's a several step process:

Now, put your buildreferrals link into the program.
And in the banners go mlm, use your favourite banner for P4P.
You will have to modify it a bit. To make it fit.
