Only you can decide what is important to you.  Do not let what you do not have, prevent you from using what you do have.

I was searching for a thread to put this
post in... this seems to be a great fit.

Here's the item:

http://www.esquire.com/features/dean-kamen-1208

The Esquire magazine article is about Dean Kamen.
It's a great read... but will take some time.

What's interesting is that no matter how great
his inventions are, the current economic mechanisms
actually impede their introduction into the marketplace.
That doesn't make any sense... it's just another example
of why current political and economic dogmas are limited
and need to be rethought.

Anyway... thanks Robert for the use of your thread!
