Help please

Hi

I would like to benefactor some people in this program and have a question please.

Let say for example if I benefactor 10 people, are they going to be in my downline (spillover) or are they going to be in someone else downline ???

Should I benefactor all of them using my referrall site or not ??

I'd like to begin by pasting in some info Debra left us in an
earlier post:

"One other note. For those of you who are benefactoring, you must follow these two stipulations.
1. You may NOT mass advertise that you are benefactoring or describe benefactoring in any other way in your advertising. Anyone may of course purchase the book as a gift for anyone. But you may only do this on an individual, personal notification basis. Repeat, NO advertising of this fact.
2. You MUST notify the person you are purchasing the book for that you are doing so BEFORE you enter them in the system. This is very important. We've had numerous, serious complaints that people have been added to the system without their knowledge. This can hurt our group severely. This is totally unacceptable. You must have a person's full acceptance of your gift of the book to them and their free membership bonus. Anyone who places someone into the system without their knowledge is subject to lose their membership completely in Plan4Power.

We've got a very strong offer to the public. There is no need to build your business with anyone other than a seriously interested participant.

As always, we will do what is best for the whole group."

That being said, where you benefactor people into the group is
up to you, but it wouldn't hurt you to benefactor them to your own
URL. Those who end up with two members from your benefactoring
efforts will still enter Phase 2 under you.

I know a guy called Ken who from time to time puts together a list of people that you can benefactor. I did post his details before.

I don't know if Ken has any people right now but just email him to find out.

I would like to reiterate the concept of "qualifying" those people you plan to benfactor.

I would rather have two active people working to build their teams rather than have 100 passive members expecting me to build their teams for them.

Be careful of benefactoring. Be prepared to have to do all of the work if you don't qualify your people first. Shoot, I have several people who bought the book and have not done anything yet. That should tell you something about what people will do even when you don't benefactor anybody.

I was benefactored into Plan4Power myself. I guess my upline sponsor is very glad he did!

First Time I've seen this, and yes, works both ways.

I have plenty on my team that came in on their own
and doesn't seem they are even promoting Plan4Power
and some I have benefactored that are doing great!

You just never know which way to go.

It is very hard to have those one your team that
slow you down and unconcerned but then in the end
we shall see who changes their futures and who stays
in their past.

To me when I joined I felt obligated to get my two ---
some, oh well, I shall keep my mouth shut on that topic
and keep trying to help build those that are trying, and
do believe in teamwork.

I'm new here . . .

Only been in P4P a month but have been doing Network Marketing a lot longer. If there's one thing I have learned, it's that with no personal financial commitment you can't really expect anyone to perform as well as someone who has made one.

I'm not saying there is never a case, just in general it will be more like Enabling than Benefactoring.

I don't think it's necessary.

Just my opinion, nothing more.

If you want it to be in all of your posts, you will need to make it a part of your signature in the profile section.

Copy the link to your signature image file in the signature in your profile. It should look something like this:

[ img]http://your-webpage.com/images-file/name-of-your-animated-image.gif[/img]

I placed a space in the first img tag so the link would show on the page. You will need to use the proper formatting to make it work so be sure to include the correct path to the image you want to have appear.

Yes, "in general" benefactoring is very much like enabling. The problem you point out is very true. Many people just sit on their backsides and do nothing even though they pay their own way. It is amazing what people will do and expect from a program like this.

Many people believe that a passive existence is all that is necessary and they will be able to make money from the spill-over. That may be true to an extent, but it really takes a long time to get anything from a program if you wait on somebody else to do the work for you.

Your observation was right on!

I added it to my profile before where the url goes, not in
the block with my signature, it shows anyway..pretty aint it, lol

And yes, people are just sitting waiting on the
spill over and not really fair to the ones working
but that's their morals not mine. I'm from
the South and use to hard work (comes from cleaning
my horses stalls I guess, lol)

But then again, You reap what you sow, or is it sew,
anyway, everyone gets my drift!

I appreciate my team that is working and trying
to get everyone to the paid company's faster, I really
do!
