Sorry nobody has answered you, have you been to the P4P main login page yet. Go here if you haven't: http://plan4power.org/login.php. There on the left side menu you should see a button that says My To Do List or something like that anyway...

That is a good starting point, it will walk you through the P4P steps...
Do You Know Who Your Sponsor is? They should have contacted you...
