No need to email me to let me know.
Will be working to get it back in order asap.

Had all 8 of my sites hacked thru the Host's servers. Had to delete the account and reload everything. Wish I could get ahold of the @#$%@ hackers.

Oh no...sorry to hear about your site issues.

It's hard to understand why anyone would get such
a thrill out of destruction who obviously has the talent
for construction.

I feel sad for those who are so unhappy that they do
things like this. Unless something changes in their
heart, they will become more and more unhappy.

This is primarily because they too know that when
they do bad things to good people, good people manage
to make something good out of it so that it actually
isn't so bad after all. When we are diligent to do good,
we are promised that no sword shall be formed against us.
This is also why this group continues to be blessed. This
group is FULL of good people.

Try as they might, we'll always come out not only ok, but
generally better off, no matter what they do. So...they just
get more saddened because they can't defeat. Hopefully they
will realize how rewarding and simple it is just to do what is right.

Thanks for the voice of support. MC isn't on our dedicated server.
We're having to wait for the hosting company to investigate and
even though it's been over 24 hours, I'm trying to be patient.
Things will get back to normal and better than ever soon.

Hi all,

Markerters' Central is back up at this time.
I'm going to be working in there to try to make
it more secure so it could go up and down for a
day or two.

MC has already said that they will be extending all
members ads across the board. So if you had an
ad that has expired, it will be renewed shortly and
you can go in and edit it if you like. Look for that to
happen over the next few weeks with an announcement
to come about it.

Had to do a restore so if any of you had recently
put an ad in and it doesn't appear, you will need to
go in and replace it.

Do we need to go in and check our ads that have been there for a bit? Just to be on the safe side.

Just as I am typing this I notice that one of the smiley's to my right are missing completely. Just thought I should mention that since we are already on the subject of MC getting hacked.

Sure. Everyone can go in and check their ad
to see that things are in order.

You may find that there is a "come back soon"
notice up there until about noon or so tomorrow.
But do check in later tomorrow and see how your
ad is doing and to see if things are functional for you.

Well...hard as it is to believe, the .org site is down for the count
now. This isn't a hack job, the server is down due to a power outage
in Florida today. They say that the power surge was so high that it
caused havoc with the transition to their back up generator.
We've used this server for almost 3 years with no trouble at all of this
type, so I'm sure it'll get worked out quickly.

As of 5pm the company made this statement:

"95% of effected servers should be operating normally now and we sincerely thank you for your patience."

I guess we're part of the other 5%.

Hoping things will be back up and running soon.

Hope someone can help me out here.

I noticed that Marketers Central wants
to charge P4P members for the 365 day ad.

If I remember correctly this was free to P4P
members and could be changed any time.

I went into Marketers Central today to change
my ad. Now they want $1.00 for the FREE ad.

Could someone shed some light on this for me?

It's not the $1.00 that's a problem. We were all told
that not another penny would have to be spent after
the first $25.00 in advertising.
