No email address show'nHello!I am sorry, maybe it is a stupid question. I have two referrals showing up in my account and bioth are without email address. is this normal? Or, have they only entered a telephone number? Thank's mycybiz |

When you click on Your Team and they don't have the star as purchased? Seems strange they'd get there without an email address, huh? lol Sorry, can't help, maybe Debra knows. |

When I go to "Your Team" two prospects are showing up with name and username but without email address. thank's Chris |

Hi Chris,
There should be an email address beside the user name if you have people showing up on the page in Your Prospects, Customers and Team Members section. If there is not an email address, then the people there have not submitted one for the record. Sorry, that is all the system is capable of providing. Peace, |

Thank's for the reply! As far as i understand the sign up process, it is not possible to sign up with out entering a email address. Maybe there is a problem in the script? I wonder why both prospects don't show a email address. All the best Chris |

That's a good question and a possible answer, Chris.

Wish I could help more, mine always shows emails. I thought perhaps they were put in manually and email not submitted, again, like Leon said, only Debra knows for sure... Shes wonderful at responding to our needs and questions. |
