Offline Advertising Part 2

Elaine just reminded me that I had also designed some postcards for you which I've forgotten to include. You can send these pretty cheaply to lists of leads that you get when they include postal addresses. Here they are:

These are designed so that they will print front-to-back and line up with the right postcard.

Another way to use postcards is to use them to write quick notes. For example, make a postcard with a very simple design, have your name, address and URL with a simple selling phrase on it and then stamp them all ahead of time. Keep several with you, and every time you receive great service, or meet someone new (and take their business card!) write them a quick note telling them how much you appreciated meeting them, the service they offered, the favour they did, etc., and send it off right away. This is HUGE for great networking. Make your postcards attractive and simple, don't talk about your business in the note you write, just have the URL handy somewhere. Here's a good example of one I would use:

Now, I have to admit that I'm having a stressful week, and no matter how hard I try I can't get the text to fit on the sheet. I move it on my own original, but when I save it as a PDF it won't save properly. I will keep trying to get this to work, but if you look at it and find it's a bit "off", that's
why. I obviously can't personalize these for everyone, so they're only models of ideas that you can try to design yourself. Again, Avery Wizard (see part 1) makes it really easy to design these yourself.

Hope that's helpful! Let me know if you need any help with these!
