Real Team BuildingHey, folks,Here's what I've come up with for team building. We all have legs in our phase 1 or 2 downline that are growing more slowly than others, and sometimes we need to wait around for those legs to move ahead before we can. Here's what I've done. I have a free account at <a http://www.opportunity.com/r/SuccessfulLady I have created my 10 URL's in order to track advertising - for example, P4PTE.Opportunity.com to track Traffic Exchanges, or P4PSL.Opportunity.com for safelists, etc. I then re-direct them to a downline member that is struggling to build. It's easy to get their URL, it's just http://www.plan4power.org/? Their Username, which you can see on your chart with all the blue boxes under "Your Team". I then advertise all over, for example: Good safelists. Once I get them to the Plan4Power site, the site itself will sell them on the opportunity. Most people on safelists aren't looking for a new company, they want to make the company they're in, work. I also use the banners in my e-mail. I do the drop cards and leave them in phone booths, at restaurants, in public washrooms, at lottery booths, in the library - pretty much every public place I'm in, I leave a card. Now, the magic of doing this with an Opportunity URL is that I can easily change the person who get's the hit, by simply changing the username on the URL my Opportunity URL directs to - I don't have to change my business cards, my online posts, nothing. Just change the place it's directed to. So, once the person I'm helping is moving forward, I can easily change the information on my Opportunity site to someone else's URL. If I know my downline, or can contact them, I could also get any information on lead capture pages they might have. This doesn't build me a huge "personally sponsored" team, but it will move me through the program much faster if I build to help my team members, and in the long run, we'll all win. Thanks for sharing that. I know there are members who will be glad to implement some of the strategies shown. I have been doing just what you have suggested... only in a smaller fashion. When I post a link in a forum, for instance, I will place a link to one of my downline member's referral page instead of my own. That way, they get the referral and a personally sponsored one at that. That will allow them to be able to make more in the earnings programs as I understand it. This is a good way to train your downline people too. If you are willing to go to bat for them, they will do the same for their people. Thanks again! |
