When going through free ad sites, I have found some that say no "business" or "company" ads. We are not technically a business, so I see no moral issue with promoting our P4P site there. Any suggestions on how best to word or place such an ad so it does not get booted because the editors might think we are selling a business item, or is it not worth doing it there?
Thanks!

Ed,
I hear what you're saying and do agree with you to some
degree, however I still don't know if it would be allowed.
I guess once the Marketers Central Site come on-line we would
be selling advertising. That's a tough one. I'm sure we'll
have more opinions here shortly.
I guess you could always try to contact the site owner.
Sorry I can't give you a straight answer |

Hi Ed,
EXCELLENT question.
As Gus mentioned we are in the midst of a transition
over to an "outside" product for our first product we
promote. It is of course the annual ad at Marketers'
Central.
Marketers' Central is not owned by the Plan4Power Group
or any of our members or founders. MC is also NOT an
opportunity based product at all. There is no "recruiting"
for a business opportunity surrounding Marketers' Central
and no monetary commissions paid for referring others to
advertise there.
This is exactly what we've been working towards over the
past few years, developing relationships with companies
who see the benefit of associating with a large, well trained
group of marketing agents who believe in the power of good
business ethics and integrity. We are close to taking further
very anticipated, wonderful new steps on our journey together.
You are so correct in that we are a marketing group and
not a business entity.
I think that when you see the new .org site, where there
is nothing at all "for sale," you'll be able to see the direction
our planned efforts are now moving. You're right on the money
with what you're saying about these types of places to advertise.
If they review the site and still don't get it, not sure what we can
do about that. However ethically, we'll certainly be in the right.
I'm daily working on the new site and there is just a bit more
programming and tweaking to do. Won't be long now.
Thank you and stay tuned for some of the new promotional ideas
we'll be putting into play. As I say, you're right on track with
your thoughts here and we'll all benefit from your input.
Glad to have you with us !!!! |

Great reply!
I will hold off on these particular posting places until the new site rolls out. There are certainly planty of other places to submit to!
Thanks again!
