I logged in and looked at my team and to my surprise there isnt one and I am showing to be in phase one did I do something wrong or is it something that just happened

Jim,

I checked with Debra and if you click the "more details" link
on the "Your Team" page you should see what you need to see.
She also logged in to your site and you're shown as being at Phase 2
Let me know if it works. If you're still having problems give a holler.

Thanks for your trouble, but seeing as how I show no members I dont have the see more details button to click.

I having problems getting past seeing the team members, but can't login. I keep getting the the same page again.

I sent an email out to the rescue team so maybe I'll get in there soon.

Also Teresa, you must use the Internet Explorer browser to access the
Plan4Power back-office. Many of us who have been trying to use the Firefox
browser cannot get in either no matter what link we try to use. So, I think
it wise to use the IE browser when you try to go to your Plan4Power.org
back-office.

Hi Leon,

I use Firefox and never have a problem & some others don't either.
I think if someone uses FF consistently that they should try it
first and then go to IE if for some reason FF doesn't work.
If it does, they'll save themselves from going to IE.

Hi Marsha,

I can only say what the experience has been for some of the members when
the new site was first made available to us. In fact, now that I think about it,
I may have been the only one who couldn't use Firefox. That was a bit
troubling to me because I have never been singled out like that is the past.

I just tried the link you posted and it did, in fact, work for me this time. I
have quite a distaste for IE so using it for logging in to the back-office made
me cringe. Now that it appears to work, I won't have to use IE (hopefully) in
the future.

Thank you for making me try it again with Firefox. I was not aware that the
site is now compatible with my Firefox.

Thank You guys, but the problem I'm having is after you get passed your log-in page and try to get to you phase II page, where your team members are listed.
Maybe this makes more sense.

The problem I had getting there was I had 2 P4P accounts and the program said oops cant do that so we had to delete one , maybe your problem has worked fine ever since

Hi Teresa,

OK I see what you mean now. You can loginto your main
member site but can't loginto Phase 2. You'll need separate
(different) login info for that -- I'm sure you'll receive it soon.
